They are criticized for their appearance, the poor performance and the high density of population. Nevertheless, they have good sides - the rooms are bright and comfortable, the plans are well designed, and the spaces between the blocks allow for the development of large and beautiful parks. *2. These buildings force people live in a close neighborhood, organize the maintenance and the renovations, pay collectively bills. They are old and often poorly constructed. *3.
