This fact you see because of the "Wintergartenhochhaus" which is located near the mainstation. After 1989, the center of Leipzigs has redevelop to a lively and well used area, but this photo shows, that just a few meters away, there are still some empty houses left. It shows that there are still problems, but it also shows that there are still possibilities to enhance the center, because there is space left to develop.
