Another photo 20 minutes later will show many more people. In the photo, there are only a few bikes locked outside and one man on the bench. You can see two people next to the white car as well. I hope I'm getting this concept correct but the the car is covering a parklet that occupies two on- street parking spaces for a patio extension for the coffee shop because it is very busy inside at peak hours. 2. The picture was cropped off but there is a bus stop to the right for the #20 bus. The bus is a double length usually full but people do not get off as it is a collector bus to the train station 2 blocks away. Across the street has no on street parking until past the parklet on the left and once the smart card takes effect, it will be know that little to no people use this stop to get on or get off and would better be suited for more on-street parking spaces. The first example is already an example of liveable space.
