The two invincible information here include; 1) The low rise structures reflect building laws which classifies this area as flight route due to its proximity to the airport which is some few kilometers away. 2) At peak points of the day (in the morning when workers are heading for work and evening while returning home) The traffic congestion on this road could cause a movement as low as 0.3km/h for cars due to the high influx of people from the main city centres/CBDs to their respective smaller cites. The high influx of people from smaller cities to the larger urban CBDs also indicates uneven development and bias in the choice areas of investment. one of the information that can be deduced from the above include: there's insufficient route from the hinterlands to the urban CBDs forcing a large population of people to use same route. creation of alternate routes and service routes would have perfectly solved this problem. secondly, this influx at the peak hours of the day as earlier highlighted helps analyses that most road users are involved in white collar jobs that keeps them away from the roads within the frame of the working hours. The knowledge of which can be used to check the number of unemployed persons. this can however help know what other economic structures to put in place that will help solve this problem, this however will definitely change the physical landscape as structures to facilitate these will evolve and hence the birth of an economically sustainable environment for the future.
