[1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14179163045796358.jpg This image belongs to the San Blas Park in the historic center of my city, Cuenca, where people joined to celebrate its statement anniversary as Cultural Heritage of Humanity. As **visible information** we can see the surrounding buildings, the park, the streets as transport infrastructure and the group of people congregated. As **invisible information** we can appreciate that the electricity infrastructure is hidden underground (all cables) because it is located in the center of the city. If you go farther this does not happen because of the high cost. Another invisible fact is that this kinds of meetings that take place on the city most of the time occupy parks. But these were not designed for this. The design of the park allows people just to pass it instead of stay. Also as we can see in the picture there are also there are bicycles when the park level is above the street level. Other thing we can see is that the main building of the picture in spite of being in a historic area its design does not resembles to the traditional buildings. This happens most of the time in my city because there is not a public policy to control the building design.
