Is a residential area where the last decade has increase exponentially the construction of high story buildings as you can see in the picture. Urban planners and construction companies saw an opportunity to improve this area which was mostly houses and increase the economical activity while building this. There is a place for pedestrians and people exercising which has a nice activity, but the need for new streets or better aqueduct is now evident since the population increased but has the same infrastructure.
