![enter image description here][1] As Settimo Torinese is developing and growing many old industrial buildings are moving elsewhere and abandoning the building and space that it occupied. These spaces are left untouched in many places around the city. Not a lot of investors are willing to invest in these places. Visible information that can be seen in the picture, an area in Settimo Torinese, is the big amount of unused space as the area has been abandon and its neighboring spaces are filled with greenery and residential housings. Further to the right are piles of dirt and broken materials as the old industrial building was demolished but no further work has been done. Invisible information as can been seen from a bigger picture of the two cities is the division that the empty industrial spaces are creating causing an aesthetic problem for people who are looking for an affordable urban area to live which can slow down the growth of the city as well as causing people to travel every day between cities which then causes traffic jams, noise pollution. The town of Settimo Torinese, defined by its name being ‘Seven’ roman kilometers from Turin, is moving. With the new town plan and the future development of Settimo, the expanding integration on new segments of development, that finally will connect to the city. Urban and city planners can take this invisible information and transform it into knowledge in order to plan for an ongoing continuum urban space with the integrated businesses, residential area and public service functions that can foresee a dynamic new way of living in the area. As connecting the two cities making it as one, people will find same job opportunities nearby, the amount traffic jam between cities will be reduce, there will be less noise pollution, and people will have more leisure time, making it a more liveable urban space.
