This photo is taken on the begining of one of the briges across Moscow river that divides there down-town and Moscow University area, 11 km later, as you can see on the sign, suburbs of "New Moscow" begin. You can also see sign that bridges is video-controlled. 2. One possible invisible information that can be extracted is traffic on the brige on different time slots of workinday and weekends. Other information that can be extracted by special laser scanning are deviations of bridge's constructive elements because of load and its age. 3. Information on traffic distribution througout the day can be used to establish a payment for the entrance on the bridge during peak time to smoothen peaks and make less time losses because of traffic jams.
