The image shows a quiet area in a city with more than 300.000 inhabitants. By now, this area is visited by turist, but some people lives there all the year. Of course, they enjoy a good weather. The invisible information tell us 3 items, at least: 1-it's necessary to work with Landscape to improve the city planning. This landscape might be both natural or artificial one and, as in a barroc city, the different elements of the city must be related one another. 2-also it's necessary to seek for the better climatic condicionts, and this can be provided from natural continions (weather, temperature...) and from artificial contitions too (in the image, the green mass near the houses). 3-finally, the image tell us about accesibility of the city that, obviously, is not solved in this case as it is a part of the landscape.
