Sites like that are all over the city. It started in 4/2006 and it still go on, and will go on for many many years. This can give us many information like: 1. **Lack of essential infrastructures.** It is a European city of 1.200.000 residents that still doesn't have a subway, while in other European cities such infrastructures exist for over 150 years. 2. **Lack of interest for the good functioning of the city.** It has gone for so many years and so many years will go on, and it has created such a problem in the city, such as traffic, or in the shops that they are blocking (shops not just as buildings but as a moving organization of people working - buying - moving - leaving) These are the first 2 that I can think.
