[1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14180817803166071.jpg Took this picture while standing at the Ikoyi bridge, Lagos, Nigeria. What is visible is the water, the tall urban buildings and the long line of traffic trailing up the bridge. My picture didn't quite reflect the lenght of the traffic but the trafic started a few miles before the bridge and ended a few miles after the bridge. What is invisible is Water Transportation and Lack of Space between buildings the use of the water can be used as a means of public transport to reduce traffic in the city. The city is made up of water channels and carnals which could be developed into public transport systems to reduce the number of cars on the road. Instead of people navigating short distances with their cars, they could hop from one place to the other while making use of a boat. There is lack of space between the buildings as they are close to each other in a mixture of skyscrapers and smaller buildings. Buildings seem to be erected without much planning. I believe taking this into consideration will help newer cities being planned to be better as in the case of the Eco Atlantic City
