The pollution could be measured and sources determined. If the many uses people have for this area were analyzed perhaps more livable structures could be built. Like I said, it is a heavily used and diverse area, but it is ugly and dangerous and I don't see people enjoying the space. Perhaps a nice bus stop could be built. The new 7-11 is pretty nice; they should have a picnic table and coffee and hire a security guard.
