In front of ground floors are vendors sell various kind of foods. People in low walking pace are usually looking for something delicious. Yet many people with scooters occupy a lot of space here even it's a pedestrian with pavement material. Traffic light and zebra crossing noted that here is a intersection. 2. One thing we can see is that most people might be on their way to other places so they just pass by but not take it for a "destination." Scooter-occupied problem is caused by temporarily stopping. The other thing is that vendors and restaurants are the main reason for this high density and almost out of control. Here is very close to central train station [an urban planning is conducting] so they (social vulnerable) may be forced to leave in the future. 3. According to one of the information, it's a tough problem for this case in the dilemma of urban development and social justice. What we can learn from the case could be that every city have vulnerable group of people and they usually create low-quality environment. Decision making should be very careful.
