This is a perfect example of city expansion and this provides for plenty of big data. The apartments are still under construction. Some 1800+ luxury apartments are expected to be completed when it is all done (construction is still going on; picture shows part of the completed complex The visible data - modern high end apartments and could have some five to six thousand people living here, each with at least one car and may be two. Physically located right next to the freeway I-15. I expect this will add a huge traffic in to the intersection which is already a crowded intersection (takes over 5-8 mts to get through a full traffic light change.
