You can see a vegetable and fruit market in combination with all other kinds of little shops. People are shopping, passing trough, we can see the buildings in the back and the tram rails on the street in front. There are old and young people. The thing invisible to us is the large amount of noise this small area produces. This creates a non desirable environment for people living near by. Although people are "welcomed" here by the cheap prices and the large amount of choice, they are repelled by the overcrowded area and the possibility of becoming a victim of pickpockets. You can get to this conclusion by observing, asking people for their opinion on the region and going there yourself. Collecting this knowledge you may understand that people living by need more parking spots and more distinctive boundaries between the market and the living area. Thus you can improve the region.
