During The evening and night small pubs and wine bars attract hundreds of people in these small streets. As you can see there are vehicles allowed to transit also. The invisible information is 1) The need of pedestrian areas and streets at least during the evening hours. 2) The need to reach, with a private vehicle, The historical center of The city can denote a lack of public transportation. These invisible information can be used to study two use streets (during The day open to car transit; during The night pedestrian areas). Also Develop a public transportation shift during night-time to give an alternative at using private vehicles.
