[1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14179530181061239.jpg This was taken near the bridge over the river that connects two parts of the town, and it is one of three bridges, and by far the one with the biggest flow of people and vehicles. The promenade that is built at the base of the river provides an alternative passageway to citizens to get from one part of the town to the other, just by following the river, therefore reducing the time they need to travel. However it's not paveded completely yet and its use is limited.
