The visible things I can see are the huge extension of the city and a small amount of tall buildings existing there. The invisible is the big effort to bring services to all the city which means a lot of money and resources expended on that, other thing is mixed uses, we can see a lot of warehouses-factories, housing,and services. The other invisible thing I can see is the problem to move 20 million people in this vast territory.
