2.The city is expanding in the wrong sides, the centre is inhabited, and the borders are growing faster wich occurs congestion because the people is trying to go to their job places in the centre from several km of distance. The city has problem of equality and livable, many of people are living in poverty conditions above the mountain and don't have correct roads,connections and services as well. 3.we have the information about how the city is growing and expanding and how the people in poverty conditions are living above the mountain really far from the central areas, so we can planning the city and giving equal oportunities to have access to the services and central areas, and incentivate the construction of buildings and repopulate.
