Two invisible pieces of info that can be concluded from this picture: 1. This is a family friendly zone on weekends yet it is not properly set to handle the crowd. The facilities are not always well kept, especially the bathrooms. 2. This area is accessible to neighbouring streets, especially for pedestrians. However, it's in a densely packed area, so parking spaces are not always available. This information can help ameliorate the condition of this public space, generating even more traffic to it.
