This is a photo of Jakarta Storey building with little traffic seen in this photo. The number of multi-storey building is the symbol of that activity is very complex so it needs a lot of space to accommodate all the activities there. Traffic congestion also showed a high mobility of people in the area. This is data that is not visible that we can see from the photograph. Based on these data, we can see anything else that looks as follows: 1. Economic potential in the area High rise buildings are the sign breadth economic activities, shows the potential for a good market in the area. Thus the recommendation business expand for this city. 2. Solid transportation makes the need for policies to solve it. In Jakarta, busway systems now exist. With the busway reduced congestion can be said even in rush hour though. The system is very smooth one lane in rush hour, even though it is in great demand by both the owner of the vehicle even for jam free.
