2. The image I have chosen is from my window, it has been taken in an inner city area of Bristol, United Kingdom. The information that is presented in this images is that the climatic conditions suit a pitched tiled roof and that this is a local vernacular with the raised parapets between the properties showing a clear definition between each other. In addition it is clear to see that a number of terrestrial aerials on the roofs of the properties. The buildings are densely packed together in rows of terraces. It is evident to see that some chimneys are still in use whereas some have been completely removed, which indicates that the internal spaces have been altered. There is the presence of modern extraction facilities and also CCTV. There is also the indication that development of the roof spaces into habitable rooms from loft void spaces, this can be seen with the introduction of roof windows. It is also clear to see that uPVC windows are used widely. In the near distance it is clear to see that there is a significant amount of trees and a sprawling city in the distance. 3. This information can come together to make the invisible - visible, this can be done through the knowledge of the existing buildings and how they are being adapted. The loft void spaces are ripe for development and increasing the size of homes, in addition minor adaptations such as removing the chimneys can increase the space and make the internal rooms more spacious. ![View of Inner City - Bristol][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14127806426768523.jpg
