1. The visible information in the image is the light and energy consumed at night by the city, the high presence of low rise buildings and the natural context of the city which is surrounded by mountains. 2. The invisible information that can be extracted is how the mountains restricts the urban expansion of the city forcing it to look for expansion corridors to grow, which is unsustainable because it forces the city to invest in new infrastructure instead of optimizing the uses of the existing ones. The Other information that is visible is the potential for the city to grow vertically instead of expanding horizontally. 3. The invisible information present in the photo can become knowledge for future development because it show that the city has a low density which is unsustainable, but has the potential to grow vertically optimizing infrastructure and saving valuable agricultural land that would otherwise be urbanized.
