![Bus Stop Recife][1] Recife is a city with 1.5 million inhabitants, with its metropolitan area (set of 14 cities around Recife) totaling 3.7 million inhabitants. The transportation system throughout the metropolitan region of Recife is concentrated in road transport by bus, with total passengers reached 1.8 million passengers per day. Unfortunately the subway system still accounts for a small portion of the metropolitan passenger transport, are 71 km of track, 29 stations and 350 thousand passengers per day. This system of bus transport in the metropolitan area of Recife is managed by the company "Grande Recife Metropolitan Transport Consortium". This company manages the operation of 18 dealerships bus companies, which account for 2700 doing daily bus routes on 397 lines, totaling 24 000 daily trips and carrying 1.8 million passengers per day. The uploaded photo shows a bus stop in Boa Viagem - Recife / Pernambuco at 15:45, where one can observe people waiting for the bus to get to their respective destinations. These are men and women of various age groups (seniors, adults and adolescents) and different occupational activities (as you work in different sectors of activity, teachers and students). The bus stop has poor infrastructure, noting most people outside the shelter and trash on the sidewalk. A person with special needs, for example, a wheelchair would have difficulty accessing the bus and movement on site. There are bus stops best and worst in the city, however, it can be said that the conditions presented by this parade are quite common in the city. The precarious conditions that are common bus stop the other bus stops of capital, not providing quality shelter for people to protect themselves from the sun or rain, especially during peak hours. Moreover, they are uncomfortable and do not have minimal information about the bus routes that stop at the site. Thus, a limited quality public transportation provides greater user dissatisfaction, increased risk of accidents and stimulates the individual transport of low quality and security and therefore higher risk of accidents, such as motorcycles. According to the Sangari Institute, Brazil ranks second in the world ranking of deaths in motorcycle accidents, with 7.1 deaths per 100 thousand inhabitants behind Paraguay with 7.5 deaths. The United States in the 10th position presents index of 1.7 deaths per 100 thousand inhabitants. According to the Ministry of Health, the number of deaths as motorcycles reached 11,268 in 2011 (26.56% of total traffic accidents), with this result representing an increase of 300% over 2001. The photo shows two invisible information that should be highlighted, namely the characteristics of the passengers and the physical site conditions ondes people are waiting for the bus and the bus itself that recall the security conditions and the discomfort that passengers are subjected. So, I highlight the information on the quality of the public transport service like security, street cleaning and the discomfort of passengers by age and gender. Several invisible information that can be turned into knowledge and that can contribute to improving urban planning and make the city more livable.
