On the back of the scene we can appreciate the beautiful *mode natures* of an art nouveau building. We can appreciate the organic shapes of the details in the door, the windows, and the balconies. We see that the 1st floor is dedicated to commercial use. In the picture we can see two restaurants and a pharmacy. What we can't see in this picture is that this avenue is one of the most important commercial streets in the mostly residential 15th district in Paris. Behind me, there is the metro station "Felix Faure" with belongs to the eight line running under this avenue. Most of the time, real state prices are even higher around a metro station. Right next to me there is a *autolib*' station, and a *velib'* station which correspond to the two mobility systems recently introduced by the city government: electric cars and bicycles.
