So we can extract invisible information by watching the parking area during the whole day and the traffic flow on the bridge which arrived to the downtown. Without a doubt this place is variable throughout the day while in morning it being full-of cars but in the end of day the traffic decrease, Also it changes from day to another especially in the week-end. **How this invisible information can become knowledge and contribute to the planning of a more liveable urban space?** The number of cars is the key to know the traffic situation, the need for public transport especially to the downtown which becomes crowded area in Cairo. The need to activation internet services in government building to finish some papers for people without visiting the building.
