Visible information: we can see too different kind of buildings built in very different styles and ages, some of them, in the nearest part, are old, dirty and in bad conditions. Invisible information: •There are no so much people living around. •Some very close areas of the city are being revitalized. This picture talks about one of problem of the zooning. In the case of Birmingham the City Centre is being revitalized through shopping and retail sector, and It is true that this fact has been a very big push to visitors; specially is very famous the Bull Ring shopping center. I took this picture just on the back side and the quantity of people is totally opposite. If we try to get on high one area we need to plan all the uses claimed, because on the contrary we would build islands inside the cities and this is far from revitalize a quarter and make it more livable and sustainable.
