Basically an urban organism depends of a lot of elements: Culture of residents, politics, research based the own space and other things besides... Urbanism is a topic of complexity. I'll give you a example: Our city has a climate hot and wet, it favors make u perspire everything that you in the city, raising you arms or stopped waiting the bus. Added, our government don't care about it. What happens? A lot of people running to buy cars with conditioned sistem, consequently generatin traffic jams. Exposing just it, we got a requirement: Implant conditioned sistem all the bus. However we have not support of government.
