To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? 65; General livability score for your city: 65 4. What would you change? As mayor, economy (and multiple associated policies) is the first measure I would work with to improve livability 5. Why do we move? Three places I select to move to include: Tokyo; Shanghai; and Dubai. For each place the 5 qualities are the same: The opportunity to experience the feel of each city; Culture (music, food, art, design, etc.); Infrastructure; International Connectivity; and Rapidly growing/Mega-cities that are innovating for livability.
