Uploaded on 2014-11-26 by VictoriaTv
The flows that entering Kharkiv, stay and leave are **students**. There are around 80 institutions of higher education, thus lots of them are from other cities and countries. It means some of them go home for weekends, others once in a month, or once in a year. Being a citizen you can vividly see how calmer and less busy the city centre is during summer holidays. Another Kharkiv stocks are cultural heritage, famous buildings in **constructivism** style. For example, architectural monument Gosprom, State Industry House, was built in 1925 withstanding the flows of coming and going World War the second. It still attracts flows of coming **tourists**, **scientists** and flow of **researches** and **information**. This stocks and flows may change in the future. For instance, coming students could settle here, work and create families, becoming a stock. The close of some universities or change in their quality could make the city less or more famous in education sphere. Development of building and art industries may create new cultural reasons for tourists to come to Kharkiv.
