**Stock No. 3: Historical Buildings** Sacramento's economy is highly diversified and, along with state government; Capitol Building and Park; Old Sacramento from Cowboy Days & Gold Rush Days. **FLOW No. 3 Tourism** -People come from all over the state, the US and the world to see the historical Sacramento. State Government CAPITOL is a major employer. Some stay in the city to work others come from all over the state as legislators yet return to where they came from. **Stock No. 4 a professional basketball team, the Kings**. **Flow No. 4 FANS, Traffic, Noise, Trash** are the other teams, products and fans that come from all around to come to the games. ![Sacramento Skyline][1]![enter image description here][2] These Stocks and Flows are changing now and for the future. Due to the extreme drought caused by man-made climate change there is not enough water to grow the food in the central valley that is shipped globally. It is a billion dollar problem. It would benefit this area to adopt permaculture principles and implement emergency water focus to not waste so much water and to be smarter with it. Food will cost more yet the biggest change will be behavior for people to change to a plant based diet because cattle use too much water. This will help curb disease in Americans to eat more healthy. There may be migration from Southern California, Nevada and Arizona to the Sacramento area because of the rivers yet there must be and immediate understanding that Water is a Human Right and not to be privatized. The traffic and other elements that will be attracted to the new Kings Arena in the Downtown of Sacramento will finally cause the terrible highway design in the downtown area to be ironed out to work better for the density and end gridlock. Hopefully good public transportation will be provided too.
