Its fast-growing outskirts induce a density flow of people, which in turn induces infrastructure creation among other things, which can also be considered a flow of capital, where the building blocks are the stocks. Among these infrastructures are new Metro stations, which, with the new contactless transport card, can monitor flows of people around the city. Again, this example of the Metro entails an energy flow, which follows the electrification system to drive the trains, light the stations etc. ![Train of Metro Madrid][1] The sprout of new urbanized areas also demands food and water supply for its inhabitants, creating new commercial routes and business potential. All in all, this density flow induces many economical advantages with in turn, with the right management, will assure in many cases job creation and security, versatility, safe environments to live in, etc. [1]: http://www.republica.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/1335345234855metrodn.jpg
