The most important stock in the late 4 years in Macedonia, mainly in Skopje are the building materials and the main accent is on the construction area. With the project "Skopje 2014" most of the city centre has been occupied with trucks, construction materials and etc. expanding a great emissions of carbon in the atmosphere which lead the situation in the country and the quality of the air in very devastating conditions. The PM10, PM2.5 and CO particles of the air are at the most high level for 3-4 months in the year reaching the number of 5 times more polluted air than аlowed. Construction materials are the stock and carbon emissions and polluted air are the flow. Another example would be the water from the rivers the come and raise and sometimes reaches out to the banks, that is due to the fact that the snow from the mountains is melting and bringing the higher level of water in the rivers during the spring period, but also in the autumn when the level is higher due to the rain. The water leaving the cities or areas is leaving suitable land for agricultural activities such as seeding corn and wheat in Pelagonia, the biggest granary in the country. And the third example would be the people as stock in the capital city Skopje, and the people as flow coming from other cities of the republic in the main town for work, and leave at night, or other moving permanently in order to find a job and better standard of living.
