Before more than 200 years, the Arabian Gulf was the main reason in founding and establishing Kuwait City and it continued to be the most important part in Kuwait City history. Nowadays it has very effective impacts on Kuwait City as an ecosystem as we can see .. a. Cultural services: Arabian Gulf is always the inspirational for most of Kuwait City architecture like Kuwait Towers which are the most famous landmark in Kuwait and designed with rotating sphere to allow 360 view for the Gulf. Also, Al Hamra Tower which is the tallest building in Kuwait and designed with 270 degree plan to maximize the sea view. Provisioning services: Arabian Gulf was always more than generous with Kuwaiti people. Before It was the main source of food (fish) and salable materials (pearls). Nowadays it continues to provide people with two of the most important things which are Fish & Water. Most of municipal water in Kuwait sourced from sea water treatment. c. Regulating services: Because of the importance of the Arabian Gulf to Kuwait City, the Kuwait government creates regulations regarding the waste-water treatment which have very good and effective impacts on Arabian Gulf ecosystem with all the components and in indirect way the people their-selves by keep the water, fish and nature clean. Kuwait is considered one of the best country in the middle east in the infrastructure and reusing the waste-water. d. Supporting services: It is very clear that people are dealing with the Arabian Gulf as something will not change and will stay with all these benefits for ever. But the ugly truth is that the Arabian Gulf has been affected in very bad way. The sea level is changing and tide are not stable and normal as usual.
