**a. Provisioning services** Most of the provisioning services in Bogotá came from the outside, its surrounded with many natural ecosystems which provide different ecological services. For example Chingaza is a Natural Park located near Bogotá, this park has endemic species and also a Dam that provides fresh water to the city. ![][1] b. Regulating services One of Bogotá's most important icons are their east hills, those are the limit of the city in the east and have a great amount of hectares of ecological reserve, its vegetation helps to clean Bogotá's air and its the house of many species. ![][2] c. Habitat or Supporting services d. Cultural services The botanical garden Jose Celestino Mutis, serves both as a recreation and research center with an emphasis on Andean and Páramo ecosystems. The garden is located inside the city and features plants from every Colombian altitude, climate and region.
