My top-5 criteria that I think contribute the most to a city's livability: 1-Environment 2-Job opportunities 3-Safety 4- Health care 5-Recreation Possibilities **2. Why do we live where we live?** I’ m from Barcelona, Spain, but I live in Santo Domingo, Ecuador. I live here for this reasons: 1) my couple is from Santo Domingo, 2)live a new experience, 3)job opportunities, 4) have more work experience and 5)climate. **3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria?** On a scale from 1-100, mi place of residence is a 20 on my ideal of livability criteria. I think the general livability score for Santo Domingo is 20/100 because this city have strong deficits in basic services and the poverty levels are very high. Also, the peope don’t have a diversity of places for recreation and it’s not safe to be alone in the streets or walk in the night in many neighbourhoods. ![Celebrating Kasama, Santo Domingo][1] **4. What would you change?** The first measure I would take to improve livability will be eliminate the deficits in basic services: water supply, sewerage system, electricity. **5. Why do we move?** Three places that I would select to move: 1)Barcelona, 2)Gijón, 3)someplace in the Girona coast. 5 qualities of these places… 1)family and friends near to me, 2) beach 3)Climate 4)Recreation possibilities 5)public services [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14563520111767045.jpg
