In the case of Chicago when I shifted up oportunity it went down, I guess theres not a lot of opportunities in this place. But at less when i shifted up housing and neighborhood it went up. Transportation is the lowest factor of livability in my ranking. In Chicago, when I shifted down transportation in went down, in Houston didn´t change, and in Los Angeles went up. That means that Chicago has less transport, than the other two. Another factor that has changed in the 3 places is engagement. While in Chicago and houston went up, in Los Angeles went down.
