![Mexico - Final Consumption][1] 2.- The main use for Oil, which is the dominant fossil fuel, goes to transport. 3.- Since the dominant fossil fuel is Oil, and the main use of it goes to transport, the most notable effort to improve the source and consumption of energy, would be the implementation of renewable resources for the transport industry, like biofuel, or electric transportation powered by solar or wind energy.. But I think that the first thing to do is to reduce the use of private transportation, it could be by non-motorized means of transportation or public transportation for longer distances, in order to achieve that, public transportation systems should be efficient and reliable.
