Education: I study at a public University here, I moved to Caracas from another city of the country because there are more academic opportunities here than in the rest of the country. b. Job Opportunities: The career I study (architecture) has better job perspectives in Caracas than in the rest of the country. c. Culture: I can meet more heterogeneous people, with different thinking in Caracas than in the rest of the country. d. It has more international connections: Being the capital and biggest city of the country, it offers me more perspectives of projection into the international job market. e. It is the second most violent city of the world. b. Transportation 40/100. The public transport system is not bad, but sometimes it's excessively crowded and uncomfortable c. Job Opportunities 40/100. It has a big services sector, but it is affected for the economic crisis d. Economy 20/100. The economy in the whole country is deteriorated, this, of course affects the city. Big inflation and scarcity of basic products. e. Education 60/100. There are really good universities with high quality education, but constantly affected and with strikes and budget cuts. General livability score: 30 / 100 **4. . What would you change?** I would improve the safety, fight corruption and improve the stability of economy, however, most of this problems are in a country scale. The city, specifically needs more and better housing projects; and connections to pedestrians, it is basically designed for cars (you can go from house to work or to public spaces, but rarely through public spaces) **5. Why do we move?** I would move to cities like Berlin, Paris, or Toronto. These are big cities with strong economy, wide job opportunities, and the neccesary infrastructure and safety to work while enjoy the urban spaces and activities. a. Job opportunities b. Safety c.
