I think that in my city I can not identify exactly what are the effects of UHI. But I have to say that at the middle o f the day, specially in the center of the city the sun is unbearable. In my city we havent industries. I think that the main cause of contamination is the public transport. It's important to stand out that my city has the best air of my country, ![IBARRA, ECUADOR][1] **2. Which are the measures you would propose?** We must to impulse the use of bike or pedestrian activities because we are a small city. And renew our public transport. **3. Is UHI effect concerning policy making in your area?** I have never heard about this. It's my first time with this course.
