Attached is a ten day forecast, Stockholm (where I live) compared to Strängnäs which is a small town approximately 70 km outside of Urban Stockholm at more or less the exact same latitude. It shows an slightly higher average temperature in Stockholm. The graph is in °C. ![][1]<br> <br> *Which are the measures you would propose?*<br> Frankly I moved to the city to gain from the UHI effect since we live in a very harsh climate and a few higher degrees is always welcome. I wouldn’t want to reduce it. <br> <br> *Is UHI effect concerning policy making in your area?*<br> Maybe not the UHI in itself but the climate changes are a huge source for discussion both politicaly, business wise as in private gatherings.
