1. Claveria St. is located near downtown area where most of the businesses and building structures are located. It is where the most of the people in the city are gathered and it gets really hot in this area around 12 noon. The heat is bearable and is not not that intensely hot. The approximate height of the buildings located here are just around 3-5 storeys high and is not really affecting the accumulated heat in the area. Heat is not contained and has huge amount of wind. <br> ![][2] <br> 2.-More recreational/green areas<br> -Increase the required green percentage in subdivisions<br> 3.-10 percent green space in subdivision development projects. Subdivisions are required to alot 10% of their lot area to green spaces. I can't find any photo.
