My preferable and only mean of transport is cycling, even in bad weather conditions such as rain or snow. I benefit a lot from cycling; having freedom of scheduling, not depending on traffic conditions, usually being faster than other means of transportation, saving money, exercising... However, there is no sufficient cycling infrastructure existing in Zagreb to make it more enjoyable and safer experience. During bad weather conditions one gets wet from all the directions possible: rain, splashing cars, and bumpy and slicky roads, while snowing, there is no place for bicycles as all the snow is put aside where is their commuting space. The reason why I've chosen exactly this route for cycling to reach my destination has several factors: - low traffic, which can be seen on the map as lower traffic noise - only two traffic lights (so I don't have to stop frequently) - safe (not using main roads, and using partly existing bicycle lane) - shortest route The second option during unbearable weather conditions would be using public transportation: bus. I don't prefer this option as it takes longer, I am dependant on bus timetable, and it costs more (not much, but still). [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14501818252801295.jpg
