The climate is dry but we have four seasons. The mountains are rocky with less chances of plantation and greenery because they are occupied by the squatter settlements. 1. Provisioning services: Food is grown in suburbs of the city in 60km from the CBD. Drinking water is provided through city canalization system( the ground water is contaminated and is not drinkable in 60% of the city) 2. Regulating Services: The Climate is arid with hot summers and cold winters but we have four seasons in a year. The air quality is disappointing due to low quality imported petroleum, raw streets, informal settlements and usage of coal for heating in winter.![Kabul City Pollution ][1] 3. Habitat for Species : There is no such thing in my city 4. Cultural Services: The old part of the city is a source of inspiration for artist and artisans since it dates back to the Moghul Era and shows the dense Islamic Courtyard Housing. Recreations often happens in Public Parks such as Babur Garden, Shar naw Park, Chihilsoton Garden... for Tourism there is a Lake in 60km of the CBD which is also a place of recreation for families.
