Floods are mostly impossible because our new dam system, after all our rivers are still staying polluted. ![enter image description here][2] **c. Habitat or Supporting services** Our forests and parks are protected by our government and there are regulation for using them. Also we have ecological park "The Black Lake", which consists of 40% modern flora of Ulyanovsk area. ![enter image description here][3] **d. Cultural services** The river Volga, one of the longest rivers in Russia, creates the main appearance and shape of our city and makes it truly beautiful.
