The image I present is from google earth and roughly shows the extent and the amount of farming going on in the city. ![Urban Farimng][1] **2. Regulatory Service:** The Entoto Mountains (also called the Entoto Hills) lie north of Addis Ababa (capital of Ethiopia), in the Oromia Region. and its forests serves as a regulatory entities towards the climate, soil and running water. This place is densely populated with forest and has diversified tree specious. Mount Entoto is part of the Entoto mountain chain, reaching 3,200 meters above sea level. It is also a historical place where Menelik II dwelled and established his palace, when he came from Ankober and founded Addis Ababa. It is a location and holds many monasteries and they are known for their views over the capital, and are the location for Addis Ababa’s immediate predecessor as capital. These mountains are home to numerous churches, a museum of religious costume, and a park. Habitat or supportive service**: Botanic gardens have both function as regulatory and supportive service to the environment. Therefore I would present the Gulele botanic garden in the northern part of Addis Ababa. Gullele Botanic Garden has been established by the joint effort of the Addis Ababa City Administration and Addis Ababa University in October 13, 2012. The establishment of the botanic garden which is the first of its kind in Ethiopia Came in to place to have a modern Botanic Garden that can be employed for a variety of services including species conservation, nature based ecotourism, researching activities and provision of practical education to students attending at any level. The image I present is from google earth again, showing the extent and space of the botanic garden. ![Botanic Garden ][4] 4. Cultural Service: For this type of service I would give an example from the city center. Africa Park is located in front of the Hilton International Hotel at the heart of Addis Ababa. Its a space owned by a private developer and has the facilities of children play grounds , cafeteria, fountains along with its well designed landscape for any age group. The first image I present is from google earth and the second is from me taken on Sunday morning when I took my daughter along with her friends to have a Sunday play date. ![Africa Park][5] ![Park][6] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14496538448351149.jpg [2]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/1449655014759306.jpg [3]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14496550353858851.jpg [4]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14496543368011427.jpg [5]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14496565219277803.jpg [6]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14496572536009762.jpg
