a. provisioning services – there is a community garden area has rental plots available; the lake has been stocked with trout. Migratory birds can be hunted in season. b. regulating services – the lake man-made was recently enlarged to control more storm water and spring melting from adjacent areas. As much natural grown as possible was maintained providing some carbon sequestration but mostly erosion prevention. c. Habitat or supporting services – the lakes are used by migratory birds for nesting in spring. d. cultural services – there is a wide range of cultural services provided by the park. In addition to activities like ice skating, tennis, beach volleyball and walking, there are summer flower gardens and planned social activities like Canada Day fireworks, art walks and fundraising walks (ie for cancer, MS etc). Although it is a fairly small area, paths are planned for access and some more solitary spaces. ![Bud Miller Park][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14476119752099657.jpg
