![enter image description here][1] ![final consumption][2] 1) In India the dominant fossil fuels used are coal, oil and gas. The main concern is to reduce the use of the non renewable resources for various uses. A few alternative energy sources like Bio fuels which come from agricultural waste can be considered. 2) Transportation uses the most, mainly oil. Industries feed of the main national power grid. 3) I live in bangalore, and i would start by implementing low energy use models of transportation and also making the existing one more efficient and relevant to the environment. also. I would encourage the use of non-emission or natural gas or electric means of transport at a local level. At a national level I would give priority to the use of hydropower, wind and solar farms rather than gas, to the electricity production. Solar energy is something as a gift for our tropical climates which has to be explored and taken maximum benefit from.
