[Zanjan, Iran][1] ![Zanjan - the city][2] ![Zanjan - the surrounding][3] CO2 emission, vehicle as well as people heat production, façade reflection, shadiness. This year COP21 was in Paris, so Iran’s climate change was twice the average warming, around 2 degree, so the government started to reduce CO2 emission programs but in my view we do not have a coherent as well as accurate policy for this solution.
