I advise the municipality to reduce the taxes for newly erected constructions that has green roofs which are efficient. A green roof which is efficient means a roof which doesn't have only some moss and grass but has bushes and small trees. An efficient green roof involves around 800 mm of earth while a less efficient roof has around 300-400 mm Currently, there is an architectural project called Fra gade til by (meaning From street to city) which is meant to change one of the main boulevards in the town with in a walking street which will contain residential and commercial buildings.
